Printed Textiles, Printmaking
Rachel is a Hampshire based artist and printed textile designer creating original Mixed media artworks alongside luxury textiles, wallpaper, homeware, and stationery. Inspired by nature and architecture, her work draws on the textures, patterns, and structures found in the British countryside, and urban landscapes. She blends delicate drawings, watercolours, and linocut prints in her original artworks, developing these into a carefully crafted range of bespoke designs for her products.
About The Artist
Rachel gained a distinction in MA Textile Design from Winchester School of Art. Her freelance work includes commissions for public and private interiors, as well as printed textile designs for the museum and heritage sector. As a qualified adult education tutor, Rachel has extensive experience leading art and printed textile workshops for children and adults, alongside technical workshops in Adobe Photoshop design for BA and MA Textile Design students.
