Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
Promoter: Artful Collective
1. The prize
The prize will be as described on the promotional flyer for the relevant Artful Collective event. Unless otherwise stated, the prize will be a voucher to spend with participating Artful Collective artists and makers.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Anyone directly involved in organising the prize draw, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
Entry is via the method stated on the promotional flyer for the relevant event. No purchase is necessary. Unless otherwise stated on the flyer, one entry per person is permitted.
4. Closing date
The closing date and time for entries will be stated on the promotional flyer for the relevant event. Entries received after the advertised deadline will not be included in the draw.
5. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within 14 days of the first notification, Artful Collective reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Voucher use and validity
Where the prize is a voucher, its value and any event-specific conditions will be stated on the promotional flyer or communicated to the winner.
Unless otherwise stated, the voucher is intended to be spent with one participating Artful Collective artist or maker. It may be redeemed at an Artful Collective event or, by prior arrangement, through direct contact with the artist or maker.
If the winner wishes to split the voucher between more than one artist or maker, they must contact Artful Collective in advance to discuss and agree the arrangements.
The voucher expiry date or validity period will be communicated as part of the relevant promotion or when the voucher is issued. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. Any unused balance remaining after expiry will be forfeited.
7. Personal information and marketing
Personal information supplied on the entry form will be used to administer the prize draw and contact the winner. Entering the draw does not automatically subscribe participants to Artful Collective’s mailing list. Marketing communications will only be sent where the participant has separately opted in. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Artful Collective’s privacy information.
8. General conditions
Artful Collective will administer each prize draw fairly and reserves the right to address circumstances beyond its reasonable control where necessary. Any changes will be handled fairly and communicated where appropriate.
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
