Ceramics
Gail combines the traditional process of Slip Casting with hand-cut paper to create patterns and textures unique to each piece. She works with bone china and porcelain to make functional and sculptural pieces. The simple forms describe changing light through pattern and surface.
About The Artist
Gail studied at Bath Spa University and gained a First Class Honours Degree in Ceramics: 3D Design in 2004. She has been making ceramics for about 15 years. Gail now works from her garden studio in Lymington, Hampshire.
