Colville & Gibbs produce individually designed, handcrafted notebooks, journals and books for artists to use. Products include traditional hardbound books with lined or unlined paper. Another popular range is the leather and cork wraparound books which come in various sizes with unlined, cartridge and watercolour papers.
About The Artist
Hazel Gibbs aims to use only offcuts of upholstery & handbag leather, recycled sari silk ties & recycled paper or paper which is surplus to print runs whenever possible thereby reducing landfill and keeping waste to a minimum.
Production processes also keep waste to a minimum with items being produced to utilise the smaller pieces of materials e.g. very small journals, mini clipboards and gift cards.
For those who prefer not to have leather, Colville & Gibbs offer cork fabric alternatives or traditionally bound hardback books, with the latter suitable for vegans.
